Where shall I send my watch?

Please do not send your watch until you have sent photographs.

Please pack your watch well, do not include any original watch boxes, and add your Name and Order number.

Follow the instructions in the Postage and Packing Information email, sent after your order confirmation.

We will email you when your watch is with us to confirm receipt and that the service has started.

We aim to complete your selected service within 10 working days.

Your watches will be returned via a Royal Mail Tracked Service - this cost is included in your order.
