Packing and Postage

Thank you so much for your order - it’s now time to send your watch to us.

For tracking and insurance purposes, we recommend you send your watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery, but this is your choice. If your watch goes missing in the postal service, it is not our responsibility; this is between you and your chosen provider.

Please pack your watch well, do not include any original watch boxes, and remember to add your Name and Order number.

How should I pack my watch to send to The Watch Bench?

We will email you when your watch is with us to confirm receipt and that the service has started. (Please check your spam folder.)

We aim to complete your selected service within 10 working days.

Your watches will be returned with Royal Mail Tracked 48 - this cost is included in your service.
