We believe customer reviews should be honest, helpful, and based on real experiences.
How we collect reviews
We use an automated system through Squarespace to invite customers to leave a review.
This email is sent 14 days after their watch is dispatched, giving them time to receive and properly check everything.
Genuine customer feedback
Review requests are only sent to customers who have used our services, so all reviews relate to real jobs we’ve carried out.
How reviews are published
Reviews are published automatically once submitted.
We don’t hand-pick or filter them, and we don’t edit what customers write.
That means you’ll see a genuine mix of feedback, good and not-so-good.
When we might remove a review
We very rarely remove reviews, but we may do so if:
the customer has marked it as private
the content is abusive or inappropriate
it isn’t relevant to the service provided
we believe it isn’t genuine
We never remove reviews simply for being negative.
Incentives
We don’t offer discounts, payments, or any kind of incentive for leaving a review.
