How We Collect Reviews
We use an automated system through a third party to invite customers to leave a review. This email is sent 14 days after a watch is dispatched, allowing customers time to receive and thoroughly check their items.
Genuine Customer Feedback
Review requests are only sent to customers who have used our services, ensuring that all reviews relate to actual orders.
How Reviews Are Published
Reviews are published automatically once submitted. We cannot hand-pick them, nor can we edit what customers write. As a result, you will see a genuine mix of feedback, both positive and negative.
When We Might Remove a Review
While we very rarely remove reviews, we may do so under the following circumstances:
The customer has marked it as private
The content is abusive or inappropriate
It isn’t relevant to the service provided
We believe it isn’t genuine
We never remove reviews simply because they are negative.
Incentives
We do not offer discounts, payment, or any incentive for leaving a review.
