The warranty begins from the day you receive your watch. A warranty card will be included with your watch
The warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, loss, parts theft, water damage or impact damage
Only covers parts that are still available
Watches handled by 3rd parties will no longer be covered
The warranty is with the customer of The Watch Bench and is non-transferable
To invoke the warranty you must still have the warranty card and contact us via eBay messaging

Inspection/assessment
Complete strip-down
Case and bracelet ultrasonically cleaned/sterilised
Movement serviced or replaced, new battery installed
Bracelet/strap checked for operation, adjusted/replaced as necessary
Replacement crystal
Machine polish/brush of case and bracelet
Final polish by hand
Re-assembly/seal
Testing/monitoring for 7 days
