The warranty is with the customer of The Watch Bench and is non-transferable
To invoke the warranty you must still have the warranty card and contact us via eBay messaging, buyer pays postage both ways

Inspection/assessment
Complete strip-down
Case and bracelet ultrasonically cleaned/sterilised
Movement serviced or replaced, new battery installed
Bracelet/strap checked for operation, adjusted/replaced as necessary
Replacement crystal
Machine polish/brush of case and bracelet
Final polish by hand
Re-assembly/seal
Testing/monitoring for 7 days
